September in Vancouver wasn’t the blockbuster comeback we hoped for, but much like this unexpectedly golden fall, the market still has its bright spots.

On the West Side, price tags remain lofty with detached homes benchmarked above $3.3M, and condos hovering near $850K. Days on market are stretching, and buyers have become choosy.
