Vancouver's Summer Market
Ahh… summer in Vancouver. This is when our city shines. Logic would suggest that this is when the market should be abuzz — the sun is out, patios are packed, flowers are in bloom, smiles abound, and properties look their best. However, history states that the market almost always cools during this time of year. Many sellers tend to pull their homes from the market rather than prep every weekend for open houses. Buyers opt to enjoy beautiful British Columbia rather than hit the open house circuit on the weekends. And this year looks to follow suit. Although the July numbers are not out yet, we don’t expect them to be all that strong. However, this doesn’t mean doom and gloom. This is just the typical cycle of the market. September will bring more listings and the market will awake from it’s summer slumber. So get out there and enjoy the sun because November is only 90 days away.

Blu Crew at Play
Our Blu Crew enjoyed an evening of hot dogs, beer, baseball, and a whole lotta laughs. The Canadians' games at Nat Bailey Stadium are a staple for Vancouver summers. Games will continue until September 8th, so get out and support your team!
