Norgate
Norgate is a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood located in the southwest corner of North Vancouver, just east of the Lions Gate Bridge. Known for its mid-century charm and flat, walkable streets, the area primarily consists of single-level rancher-style homes, many of which were originally built in the post-war era and have since been updated or renovated. With its wide lots, mature trees, and a strong sense of community, Norgate offers a suburban feel while still being close to urban conveniences.
