East Vancouver, often affectionately referred to as “East Van”, is a vibrant and diverse part of the city that blends old-school charm with a thriving creative energy. Bordered by the Fraser River to the south and stretching north toward the Burrard Inlet, this area is a patchwork of eclectic neighbourhoods, each with its own unique character.
