A graduate of Kwantlen College’s Marketing Management program; this vivacious entrepreneur has built a solid sales foundation and has many happy (and return) clients to prove it. In fact, 95% of Candice’s business is repeat or referral, and she prides herself on building relationships that last. Candice hails from the small, seaside town of Tsawwassen, but has more than 15 years of fast paced downtown Vancouver living under her belt. Candice is also a firm believer in Real Estate as a team sport and sees Blu’s collaborative approach as value added for every client.

When she isn't negotiating the terms of someone's new dream home, Candice can be found globe trotting, enjoying what the outdoors has to offer, and giving back to her community. Since 2011, she's been a dedicated volunteer for the Big Sisters of BC; building and maintaining tight bonds with her little sister Tianna. Candice believes that personal development and professional growth are not mutually exclusive, and it's this philosophy (plus that diverse skill set) that has turned this go-getter into a top producer.
