Located at the corner of Beatty and Nelson Streets, Nova is a contemporary concrete high-rise that brings modern urban living to the heart of downtown Vancouver. Developed by Bosa Properties and completed in 2004, the 26-storey residential tower was designed by Rafii Architects. Its clean architectural lines, expansive windows and combination of concrete, glass and metal create a distinctive presence in the surrounding cityscape, reflecting the modern character of Vancouver’s downtown residential neighbourhoods.

Inside, Nova offers a comfortable and amenity-rich lifestyle designed for city living. Residents have access to a range of shared facilities, including a fitness centre, yoga room, hot tub, steam room, party room and guest suite. The building’s concrete construction and central location appeal to those seeking a balance of convenience, comfort and a connected urban lifestyle.

Situated on the eastern edge of Yaletown, Nova places residents within easy reach of some of Vancouver’s most popular destinations. The restaurants, cafés, boutiques and historic warehouse buildings of Yaletown are just a short walk away, while BC Place, Rogers Arena and the seawall offer plenty of options for entertainment and recreation. With convenient access to transit, downtown offices and the surrounding neighbourhoods, Nova is an excellent choice for those looking to experience the best of Vancouver’s downtown living.
